College Student Scholarship In addition to African-European cooperation, special emphasis is placed on the development and expansion of academic networks in Africa.This call is part of career development strategy of the Foundation 'for researchers postdoctoral fellow Africans in which juniors and seniors should be responsible for developing and implementing their own and bear research project responsibility to show leadership to their research group (in the case of a senior colleague). Projects must be implemented in cooperation with European partner institutions.
